How much does shipping cost?

What countries are you delivering to?

To most countries in the world. There are some exceptions thought.

If you are in US, we also own WorldOnlineShopping.com which is build for US customer, with 1-3 days delivery guaranteed, with tracking.

How can I track my parcel?

Almost all of our items have tracked shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements. Go to shop-cambodia.net/track-your-order to track your order.

Can you ship my order to a business address?

Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.

Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?

Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.

What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?

Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbor.

How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?

We try our best to deliver your order as soon as possible, but the postal service is slow from Asia. In most cases the delivery should be within 2-3 weeks, but in rare cases it can take up to 40 days. If your parcel is sent from our shop in Cambodia, we will use Tracked-Service so you can track your order to see where it is. For items sent from our Warehouse in China, it will in most cases (probable all cases) use Tracked-Services as well. For more expensive orders we will try to upgrade it to Air-Mail. Shipping cost differ for each country so we cannot say at what point we upgrade to Air-Mail, but it is in our interest to keep our customers satisfied, so we definitely upgrade to Air-Mail if we can.
